I am with Big Commerce and it is certainly not a perfect cart, but, from reading your posts, I still think it is the best choice for me.
There are little things I've discovered since signing up that I could never have anticipated during the free trial. If I could somehow solve them, I'd be a happy camper. Such things as the notification that is sent to me when an order is placed not containing the order information, when it clearly is supposed to, and it doesn't send the customer name, address, etc. to my merchant account. Big Commerce help guy claims it is the integration with this particular merchant account company that is the problem. That may be, but I wish Big Commerce would step up and solve the problem.
Other things about Big Commerce, I am totally impressed with.
So, just like any other cart, it's not perfect. But I'm looking forward to the new upgrade.
